Yoga for(ಬೆನ್ನು ನೋವು) back pain

ಬೆನ್ನು ನೋವೀಗಾಗಿ ಈ ಆಸನಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ

How to over come Back pain?( ಬೆನ್ನು ನೋವು)

Daily Practicing yoga for at least  few minutes it would can help you gain more awareness(ಅರಿವು) of your body. This will help you notice where you’re holding tension and where you have imbalances(ಅಸಮತೋಲನ). You can use this awareness to bring yourself into balance and alignment.

Here are some yogasanas to get rid of your back pain.

  1. Cat-Cow : do this asana at least 2 minutes and breathe slowly 

2. Downward-Facing Dog : do this asana at least 5 times 

3. Extended Triangle : do this step with slowly breathing and count 3 breaths per pose

4. Cobra Pose : do this 3 times and raise your head slightly.

5. Locust Pose : hold your breath while doing this asana and relax 

6. Bridge Pose: be slowly here 

7. Half Lord of the Fishes : breathe normal here

8. Child’s Pose : fully relax mode.
